In the centre of the village of Charmey, Le Pâtissier is the tea room of the Resort Cailler. It takes place in the Residence Le Sapin. A delightful venue serving all manner of delicacies, open from 7am to 6pm, complete with cosy lounge, terrace and veranda.

From breakfast to afternoon tea, whether for a coffee and croissant, a cake to share, a seasonal tart or a chocolate or two with a refreshing cup of tea, the tea room at the Hotel Cailler is all about uncompromising pleasure.
Wielding the whisk is head pastry chef Nicolas Bertherin, Switzerland's best confectioner in 2002 and European Master's Award winner in the same year.

His is an award-winning calling card for an inviting and elegant tea room where happiness is sealed on the tip of your dessert spoon.

Fine patisserie

Chocolate or fruit desserts, seasonal tarts, praline-filled Paris-Brest, éclairs, millefeuilles, opéras and countless other indulgent pleasure: the signature patisserie collection of the Hotel Cailler tea room in Charmey reworks the classics with gourmet flair.
With a cup of tea or coffee, choose from an exquisite à la carte menu that is sure to leave you wanting more.

Chocolates and specialities

Chocolate specialist, Nicolas Bertherin offers an endless range of chocolates of different varieties and origins as well as enrobed bonbons, fruit, caramel or tonka ganaches, florentines, mendiants, rochers, truffles and even chocolate spreads.
The speciality, only to be found in the tea room of the Hotel Cailler is Le Moléson, a chocolate in the shape of the eponymous mountain, with either a honey ganache coated in dark chocolate or a salted butter caramel ganache coated in milk chocolate.

Lunchtime dining and Sunday brunch

Every lunchtime, Le Pâtissier tea room in Charmey offers a weekly starter, main course and dessert menu from 11.30am to 1.30pm, as well as à la carte light bites.
On Sundays, brunch is an opportunity to spoil yourself with a wide selection of home-made pastries, charcuterie, cured meats, local cheeses, cereals, dairy produce and pancakes, as well as muesli and energy-boosting fruit.
