Quatre Saisons, a Fine Dining Restaurant in Charmey
A feel of nature
In its pale wood and glass interior, with breathtaking views of the Moléson mountain range on one side and the pastures on the other, the Quatre Saisons fine dining restaurant at the Hotel Cailler in Charmey affirms its intimate connection with the Gruyère region and the beauty of the Fribourg countryside.
Sincere and free from ostentation, at Quatre Saisons the focus is on gastronomy, with a repertoire as varied and refined as all the colours and flavours of nature combined.

A cuisine of emotion in every season
Under the watchful eye of chef Jean-Marie Pelletier, the fine dining restaurant of the 4-star Hotel Cailler in Charmey presents the seasons in all their myriad splendour.
Each season has its own aromatic and colour palette, its own delicacy and range of emotions from the freshness of summer through to the vitality of spring, the comfort of autumn and the indulgence of winter.
The terroir has much to offer, from fish from Lake Geneva to salmon from Grisons, from Sérac and mountain cheeses to Patte Noire chicken from Gruyère.
Here, the produce plays the leading role in a cuisine that is elegant and sincere, vibrant and exciting, and aesthetically pleasing without being overdone. With its mouthwatering gourmet sauces, lively gently acidic gels and reduced jus, the cuisine of the Quatre Saisons fine dining restaurant is full of character, with flavours that strike the perfect chord and pleasures that are heaven sent.
