All bookings at Le Sapin Residence include three hours' free admission to Les Bains de la Gruyère (per night and per person) with its hot spring pools, saunas, hammams, treatment rooms, green beach and fitness studio. Le Sapin Residence also offers five paying parking spaces in a covered garage.

Breakfast and dining facilities
Breakfast is served every day from 7am to 10am in Le Pâtissier tea room, located on the ground floor of the 3-star hotel Le Sapin Residence:
- A continental breakfast tray is served during the week, with a selection of local charcuterie and cheeses, home-made bread and pastries, dairy indulgences, fresh fruit and a hot drink.
- A buffet breakfast is served at the weekend, where you can indulge to your heart's content in the best of our local delicacies, regional specialities and seasonal produce.
For those midday and evening dining moments:
Le Pâtissier, on the ground floor of Le Sapin Residence, welcomes you every day from 7am to 6pm with a weekly lunch menu and a wide selection of pastries, chocolates, sweet delicacies, sandwiches and savoury tarts, available throughout the day.
Le Bistro at the Hotel Cailler offers traditional, local cuisine with colours and flavours that change in line with the passing seasons. The must-taste dish: our half-and-half fondue with equal amounts of Gruyère and Vacherin cheese from Fribourg. Continuous service from 11.30am to 10pm, 7 days a week. Le Bistro's menu can be consulted on your in-room TV.
The Quatre Saisons fine dining restaurant of the 4-star Hotel Cailler, offers refined, creative and contemporary cuisine. The Quatre Saisons is open for dinner only on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, from 7.30pm. The Quatre Saisons menu can be consulted on your in-room TV.
