Breakfast buffet
On the ground floor of the Hotel Cailler, in Le Bistro dining room, our gourmet breakfast buffet promises to get your day off to a flying start.
Choose from an array of local produce including Alpine cheeses, double cream and meringue, charcuterie and cured meats, honeycomb, butter and farmhouse yoghurts from the Charmey dairy. You will also find an assortment of breads and pastries including the traditional Cuchaule AOP saffron brioche accompanied by our region’s famous Bénichon mustard, the one and only Cailler chocolate spread, together with fresh fruit and eggs cooked in a variety of styles. Breakfast here is all about gourmet indulgence.
The buffet is served from 6.30am to 11am.
