The bar is perfect for before and after dinner drinks as well as for evening entertainment, with an extensive and varied drinks menu.
And this winter's favourite has to be our outdoor Fondue Tube on the terrace of Le Bistro. A panoramic heated glass tube in which to enjoy a half-and-half fondue in winter while soaking up breathtaking views of the Gruyère mountains, amidst enchanting lighting and a truly magical atmosphere.
