Affectionately known as the ‘Hotel Chocolat’ because of the Swiss chocolate brand we share our name with and whose factory is housed in the same village, we offer you all the comfort of a cosy chalet feel, good food and shared moments of togetherness. Quite simply, sweet living.
This gentle way of life is also what makes Gruyère so special. Ours is a region shaped by mountain farming that is authentic, simple and open to discovery. In the Fribourg Prealps, in our mountain pastures, in our stone and timber villages, and in the footsteps of our cows whose milk produces fine cheeses and creamy milk chocolate, living is good and savouring the moment, a pleasure.
