Cancelling conditions:
Total or partial cancellation can be made without charge until 6 weeks before reservation
Between 6 weeks and 15 days before the event, any total or partial cancellation will result in a payment of 50% of the arrangement
Between 14 days and 3 days before the event, any total or partial cancellation will result in a payment of 75% of the arrangement.
A 2-day event, any total or partial cancellation will result in a payment of 100% of the fixed arrangement..
