The hotel’s function rooms and restaurants can all be used for private purposes. They are ideally suited to hosting special events, allowing you to immortalise the signing of a contract, a christening, a birthday, or a wedding.

An agreement setting out the terms and conditions below will be sent to you. You sign and date it, then return it to the hotel either by mail (Hôtel Cailler 1637 Charmey) or by fax at +41 (0)26 927 62 63 so that your function or conference is confirmed.

You may cancel either fully or partially your booking without any charge up to six weeks before the date booked.

If you cancel your booking either fully or partially between 6 and 2 weeks before the event, you will be charged 50% of the price of the original booking.

If you cancel your booking either fully or partially between 13 and 3 days before the event, you will be charged 75% of the price of the original booking.

If you cancel your booking either fully or partially 2 days before the event, you will be charged 100%% of the price of the original booking.
