Booking Policy
Your booking is considered firm and final (unless cancelled in accordance with cancellation policy) when our booking service validates it and it is guaranteed by your credit card number. When you communicate your credit card number to us, we consider that you have committed to staying at the Hotel Cailler and that you accept the terms and conditions of sale.
The Hotel Cailler reserves the right to refuse your booking if the accredited official bodies fail to validate your credit card number.
You pay the Hotel Cailler directly for your stay and related services.
Bookings are guaranteed according to the rates and conditions indicated for the chosen period.
The hotel may change rates if the number of occupants is higher than the number for whom the booking was made.
Rates and conditions will not necessarily be extended to subsequent bookings. Nothing will be debited from your credit card, but you will pay at reception on arrival at the Hotel Cailler.
Cancellation Policy
The hotel should be notified by fax or email of all cancellations.
If a cancellation is made up to 42 days before check-in date, the hotel will not debit any fee from the guests’s credit card.
In the event of a cancellation up to 15 days before check-in date, the hotel will charge 50% of the total cost of the stay to the guest’s credit card. In the event of cancellation up to 3 days before check-in date, the hotel will charge 75% of the total amount.
In the event of cancellation up to and including check-in date, or in the event of a guest not showing, the hotel will charge 100% of the total amount to the guest’s credit card. |
